A Little Bit About Liz
Hi, I’m Liz McMillan
A business and executive advisor, coach, consultant and keynote speaker.
Over two decades and more than 40,000 hours of executive experience, I’ve scaled and exited multiple seven- and eight-figure companies, led global teams and built high-value organisations from the inside out.
Along the way, I discovered what sustains growth: alignment.
And I’ve learned what quietly erodes it: misalignment.
My mission is to unlock insights that lead to deep alignment so leaders can expand what’s possible. I help CEOs, executives and leadership teams transform misalignment into momentum – creating clarity, conviction and confidence across their leadership, their team and their business.
