Hi, I’m Liz McMillan.
A business transformation consultant and coach, executive advisor and keynote speaker.
With over two decades and more than 40,000 hours in executive leadership, I’ve scaled and exited multiple seven- and eight-figure companies, led global teams and built high-value organisations from the inside out.
Along the way, I discovered something fundamental: strategy, systems, and skills will take you far – but alignment is what creates sustainable value.
