I’m an executive coach and former CEO who helps leaders and organisations accelerate alignment – connecting who they are, how they lead and what they’re building.
With two decades in executive leadership and over 40,000 hours transforming high-value organisations across the US and Australia, I know firsthand that alignment isn’t a luxury – it’s the difference between performing and thriving.
But this work didn’t begin in a boardroom.
It began with a personal decision – one that changed everything.
When Success isn’t Enough
In the early 2010s, I had it all – at least on paper. A high-powered career, two CEO titles, global teams and successful exits in both the US and Australia. I’d built a reputation for transforming businesses: scaling revenue, strengthening brands and leading high-value organisations through strategic and cultural change.
I could step into any business in any industry, figure it out and deliver results. I’d been a barista who didn’t drink coffee. The CEO of Dictionary.com without being a logophile. The CEO of a teaching website without being a teacher. I could adopt any mission, execute any strategy and scale almost anything.
Success came easily.
But it was never mine.
Eventually, my misalignment became undeniable. Success started to feel hollow because it was borrowed. I was building other people’s dreams while my own waited quietly in the background.
Behind the scenes, I was overextended, misaligned and living a life that looked impressive but didn’t feel true.
Then came the moment of truth: continue performing for the version of success I’d inherited – or step out, without a roadmap, and build something real.
So I did the unthinkable. I walked away from a CEO role. I sold my house.
And I bet everything on alignment.
The Leap that Changed Everything
When I chose this work, it was the first time I said: this work is mine.
Stepping into my own alignment became the genesis of everything I do today. I began helping leaders and organisations unlock the same clarity and conviction I’d fought to find, working not just as an executive business coach but as an alignment coach devoted to one simple truth:
Alignment is the most powerful strategy.
I codified everything I’d learned from two decades of leadership – scaling and exiting companies, leading transformations and navigating complexity – and built a system designed to help others accelerate alignment where it matters most: in leadership, teams and business systems.
A New Vision of Leadership
My mission now is simple – but radical: to unlock insights that lead to deep alignment so leaders can expand what’s possible.
I work with CEOs, executives and leadership teams through executive coaching, facilitation and keynote speaking to accelerate alignment across who they are, how they lead and what they’re building.

My North Star
If you trace my work back to its source, it begins long before my career. I grew up in a house full of grief, ruled by a scarcity mindset. I am a woman who has spent her whole life breaking out of boxes. My children are descendants of slaves, and I carry the weight – and the strength – of that history with me.
So when I say my purpose is to spread insight, joy and abundance – to me, that is radical.
And when I say my mission is to unlock insights that lead to deep alignment so leaders can expand what is possible – that is revolutionary.
For me, alignment isn’t just strategy. It’s generational.
It’s rewriting the story I was born into.
Building systems of reciprocity that lift not only the leaders I serve, but me and my children too.
Alignment, for me, isn’t just professional – it’s personal.
It’s purpose in motion.
It’s how I build the kind of legacy I want to leave: one defined by insight, impact and integrity. Choosing this purpose is my way of breaking the cycle I grew up in and building a different future for my three sons: one grounded in joy, abundance and possibility.
